Sadly, Velvet Virtue does not smell like Angelique Noire. I bought this to layer with the OG fragrance. but I can’t use it. This completely, unpleasantly, changes and dominates the beautiful OG perfume. Very disappointed with this oil.
this is a little more linear than the original but layers perfectly beneath it. it also goes well under other green vanillas like vanille camouflage, or to add a touch of sophisticated complexity to other scents.
