Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. During periods of high demand or restocks, processing may take up to 14 business days. Sweet Alchemy is a small, independently run brand, and every order is made and packed by hand. We work as quickly as possible while making sure everything is prepared and packaged with care. You’ll automatically receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder first, as they occasionally land there. If you still don’t see it, your order may still have gone through. You can log into your Sweet Alchemy account and view your order history to confirm the status of your purchase. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to take a look for you.

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email used at checkout once your order ships. Please allow ample time for the carrier to scan the package before tracking updates begin.

Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will always do our best to help, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing. Approved order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing charges incurred at the time of purchase and applies to the total order amount. The fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

Alcohol Parfum May contain the following fragrance allergens: Limonene, Linalool, Coumarin, Citral, Geraniol Fragrance compositions are proprietary blends used throughout the fragrance industry and individual formulas are not disclosed.

Sweet Alchemy fragrances are known for being bold, fragrant, and long-lasting. We don’t offer multiple intensity levels. Every product is formulated to deliver a noticeable scent that wears beautifully throughout the day. Body oils, creams, and perfumes can also be layered together to create an even richer scent experience if you want to turn up the volume.
