i got this as a sample in my first order, and it took me ages to try it because i am a certified sandalwood skeptic. so many sandalwood scents are sharp or overpowering, i've only run into a couple that really manage the creamy gorgeousness i'd like. THIS? this gets it perfectly right and goes well under so many woody, vanilla, and/or gourmand scents to add complexity. i immediately bought a bottle.
